FOR SALE from my private collection of antiques is an 1860 French Three-Quarter Day Bed, which I purchased from a local antique dealer in the mid-1990's. 
It is made of solid mahogany with some mahogany veneer over oak. The bed measures overall 57" across by 83" long with a 56.5" tall headboard and a 45.5" tall footboard. The mattress is supported with wood brackets attached to the side running boards. The bed is in excellent condition, and would make a beautiful additon to anyone's home. The price is $3200.
